Who We Are
The founders of Phillips Plastics Corporation, Bob Cervenka and Louie Vokurka, established the AnnMarie Foundation in 1974. The foundation received its name by combining the first names of the mothers of the two founders. Originally funded in most part by Phillips Plastics Corporation, the AnnMarie Foundation ended its affiliation with Phillips Plastics in 2010 when the Cervenkas sold the company.

Who Can We Help And How?
The AnnMarie foundation provides monetary awards to schools and non-profit organizations to promote educational, humanitarian, cultural, and recreational activities. The foundation also provides scholarships to high school graduates.
